Note from Tracee:

My own personal health journey has not been easy. By the time I was 12-years-old my metabolism was so messed up, and my body image was dramatically affected. I fought food addictions, anorexia, bulimia, and hated the way I looked. Then, in 1984 I had a son, Robby who was born with a disease that controlled our lives financially and emotionally–after 22 years of searching medically and nutritionally we were able to find a protocol that not only changed everything for Robby but for myself as well.

Over the past 14 years I have worked tirelessly to help families make SIMPLE changes that will impact not just their lives, but the lives of their children, grandchildren, and generations to come.  It breaks my heart when I see families who have been devastated by disease, and realize that if they would take control of their own health NOW, we can truly change the course of our families’ lives!

My passion is to equip Moms and Grandmoms with the tools they need to make healthy choices for themselves and for their children.

It’s not too late—it’s never too late! I have helped families whose children are in their teens and are eating all the wrong things make these simple changes and create new and better habits! The key is how badly do you want to be healthy? How important is your health and the health of your children? What kind of habits do you want to create with your family? You must be willing to change. You must be committed to follow the program and teach your family the importance of making changes for their own good! It won’t be easy. But nothing worth having is easy! You have my promise though, that it will be SIMPLE. It will be practical, do-able and affordable! And it WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE.   I look forward to working with you!
